2. How long is the delivery time?
Without accident goods will be shipped out within 7-10days after contract signed and payment received.
 
3. What kind of payment term do you accept?
Normally:
1) If total contract value less than USD 10,000.00 : 60% T/T in advance after contract signed.
2) If total contract value more than USD 10000.00 : 50% T/T in advance after contract signed and 50% T/T after receipt of BL copy. Or, irrevocable LC is acceptable.

4. Is it possible to make our own brand/logo on your product?
Answer: Yes, but depends on different products.

5. What’s your FOB port?
Qingdao, Tianjin, Nanjing, Shanghai, Ningbo (Seaport OR Airport)

6. What kind of documents will be sent to customers?
1) Bill of Lading on 3 originals and 3 copies;
2) Commercial Invoice in 1 original and 2 copies;
3) Packing List in 1 original and 2 copies;
4) Certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce in 1 original and 2 copies;
5) Certificate of quality in 1 original and 1 copy. All documents will be sent within 3 working days after shipment via EMS/DHL/FedEx.

7. How long can we get reply from you via e-mail/telephone/fax and so on?
Normally we will reply you within 1day after receive your email or fax or tel.

8. Can we pay the products by our credit card? 
Yes, we can accept the payment method of credit card, such as Visa or Mastercard. While, as we cannot deduct the payment from your credit card directly, you need to go to your bank to apply first, then your bank will contact with our bank by telegraph. After that, we can deduct payment from your credit card.
